Palazzo Massimo alle Colonne

Palazzo Massimo alle Colonne is a 16th-century palace by Baldassare Peruzzi, built for the Massimo family after an earlier palace was destroyed in the Sack of Rome. The curved facade and tight urban setting make it one of the more distinctive Renaissance buildings between Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona, though the interior is usually open only on March 16.
