Sanremo has its own station on the Genova–Ventimiglia railway line, with regular regional trains along the coast. By car, take the A10 motorway (exit Sanremo) or the old Via Aurelia coastal road.
The nearest airports are Nice Côte d'Azur (about an hour's drive west along the coast) and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo (about two hours east). Nice is the more practical option for most visitors.
