Church of Saint Peter

The Church of Saint Peter is a small historic church in Erice, built in the 14th century and later rebuilt in Baroque style. An arch links it to the former Monastery of the Poor Clares, giving the narrow street one of those layered Sicilian corners where church, convent, and town fabric merge.

It is a short stop rather than a headline sight, but it fits naturally into a walk through Erice's stone lanes and churches.
