A small modern osteria on Via Sermei, just below Piazza Santa Chiara, run by a young chef pushing Umbrian ingredients in less traditional directions. The menu changes weekly and tends to be short — a handful of antipasti, three or four pastas, a couple of mains — but everything on it is precise and seasonal.
Wine list is largely Umbrian (Sagrantino di Montefalco, Grechetto di Todi). Good value for the level of cooking. Tables both inside and on the narrow street outside.
