Courmayeur has a proper après-ski scene, driven by the Milanese and Turinese weekend crowd who treat the evening hours with the same seriousness as the skiing. The action concentrates on Via Roma and the streets around it, and gets going from around 4pm when the lifts close. The town quietens somewhat mid-week, but there are always places open.
