A café inside the Rothko Art Centre complex, well-placed for coffee and Latvian cakes after a visit to the museum or a walk around the fortress. The setting inside the old brick fortress buildings is atmospheric, and it's the most convenient refreshment stop if you're spending the afternoon at the fortress end of town. Light lunches are also available.
