A traditional Soviet-era cofetărie (pastry shop and cafe) that has survived with its character largely intact. The display case offers local pastries, cakes, and biscuits alongside espresso and filter coffee. It opens early and is busy with workers before 9am. The interior feels charmingly unreconstructed — glass counters, small laminate tables — and the prices are absurdly low. A pastry and a coffee here costs less than a euro. Worth visiting for the atmosphere alone.
