The nearest airport is Tivat Airport (TIV), about 20 km north of Budva via the coastal road. A taxi from Tivat to Budva costs around €20–25; the journey takes 25–30 minutes depending on traffic. Podgorica Airport (TGD) is also an option — about 65 km away — for flights that don't serve Tivat.
By bus, Budva is well-connected to other Montenegrin towns. There are frequent services from Kotor (30 minutes), Podgorica (1.5 hours), and Bar, plus international coaches to Belgrade and other regional capitals. The bus station is a short walk from the old town. There is no train service to Budva — the nearest rail connection is Podgorica.
