The quayside cafes along the Wijnstraat and at the Groothoofdspoort have the views; the bars on Voorstraat and around Statenplein have the energy. A few good craft-beer cafes have opened in recent years, taking advantage of the strong local brewing tradition — Dordrecht still has an active small brewery, and several cafes carry its beers.
