Eindhoven is flat, compact, and well-supplied with bike lanes. Renting a bicycle is the easiest way to get around, and OV-fiets bikes are available at the central station with an OV-chipkaart.
Hermes runs the local bus network if you need to reach the outskirts. Parking in the centre is expensive (expect to pay around EUR 2.50 per hour, with about 20 car parks available). Taxis are pricey by Dutch standards.
