National Swimming Centre Tongelreep is a large public swimming complex on the south side of Eindhoven. The serious competition pools are part of the appeal, but most travellers come for the subtropical pool, wave machine, and family-friendly leisure areas.
It is a practical stop rather than a historic one, useful if you are travelling with children or want an active break from museums and design sights.
