The Witte Dame is a 1931 former Philips radio factory next to the Light Tower. Designed by Dirk Roosenburg in the New Objectivity style, the white industrial block now houses Eindhoven's Design Academy and public library, making it a useful stop for the city's design and industrial heritage.
