Gouda is well connected by rail. Direct trains run from Rotterdam (25 minutes), Utrecht (30 minutes), and The Hague (30 minutes). From Amsterdam, take a train to Utrecht and change, or take a direct Intercity to Gouda (about 50 minutes). The station is a five-minute walk from the Markt.
By car, Gouda sits on the A12 (The Hague–Utrecht) and the N207. Parking is available on the outskirts of the centre; follow signs for the P+R facilities.
