A long-running family-run restaurant on the Zuiderhaven, named for the small flat-bottomed sailing boat associated with the Wadden coast. The menu is North Sea fish, local lamb, and a short, well-judged Dutch and French wine list. Lunch on the terrace overlooking the harbour is the best deal in town.
