Sztuczka

Polish bistro in a 1930s tenement — short menu, market-driven

Address Świętojańska 21

Sztuczka is the bistro that defined the Gdynia restaurant scene for the last decade — a small dining room on Świętojańska with a short, daily-changing menu of modern Polish food: pickled herring, hand-cut pierogi, slow-braised pork cheek, the occasional duck dish. Wine list short and well-chosen.

Booking essential most nights. Cash and card both accepted but the chef's specials sell out by 8 p.m.
