Pskov's café culture is limited but functional. There are a handful of coffee shops and small bars near the pedestrian centre, mostly aimed at the student population and occasional tourists. The city has two universities, which gives it a mild social scene in term time. Expect simple food, decent coffee, and beer at prices that will seem very low to visitors from Western Europe.
