Zuma

Zuma is widely considered the best restaurant in Vladivostok for Pacific seafood, and the reputation is well-earned. The kitchen works with the daily catch — crab, sea urchin, scallops, and whatever the fishing boats brought in — and presents it with more sophistication than you'd expect at this latitude. The sea urchin sashimi, if available, is exceptional.

The restaurant has a central location not far from the waterfront and is consistently packed. Reservations are essential on weekends. Prices are higher than most places in the city but reasonable by international standards for the quality of seafood on offer. The wine list is limited; beer and sake are better choices here.
