Radovljica is on the main railway line between Ljubljana and Jesenice, with several trains daily in each direction. The journey from Ljubljana takes about an hour. The station is in Lesce, about 2 km east of the old town — a local bus or a taxi covers the gap, or it is a walkable distance with luggage if you are not arriving late.
By car, Radovljica is on the A2 motorway corridor and about 55 km from Ljubljana. Bled is 8 km west. A direct bus from Ljubljana runs several times daily and takes about 75 minutes. From Bled, local buses run frequently and take around fifteen minutes.
Lesce-Bled Airport, just north of town, handles charter and light aircraft but no scheduled commercial flights.
