A seafront restaurant on the promenade above Playa de Regla, with a wide terrace looking out over the Atlantic. The menu leans on fish from the Chipiona market — grilled urta, hake, sea bass — and there is a good arroz con bogavante (lobster rice) for two on the slow side of the menu. Service is the slightly languid Andalucían kind; allow plenty of time.
Best at sunset, with a chilled bottle of manzanilla from neighbouring Sanlúcar. Reservations are sensible on weekend evenings in summer.
