Eating in Chipiona is straightforward and excellent: this is freidura country — Andalucían fish frying at its best — backed up by exceptional langostinos (prawns) from the nearby Sanlúcar waters and the wines of the local sherry triangle. Most restaurants cluster around the seafront and the streets immediately behind the Sanctuary.
