Núria is small enough to explore fully on foot, but the compact valley packs in more than it looks: a pilgrimage sanctuary, a glacial lake, a chairlift to the high ridge, and trailheads into the surrounding peaks. In winter the focus shifts to the ski slopes; in summer the same terrain belongs to walkers.
