Catholic Cathedral

Stockholm's Roman Catholic cathedral, just off Götgatan in Södermalm, was built in 1892 for the Church of Sweden and later became the cathedral for Sweden's Catholic diocese. It is not one of the city's grand old medieval churches, but it is an interesting stop for the story of modern Catholic Sweden, shaped by immigrant communities from Poland, Chile, and many other countries.
