Après-ski in Crans-Montana tends toward the expensive end of the Swiss resort spectrum. The mountain bars at Cry d'Er and Bella Lui are the first stop after skiing, with the terrace at Cry d'Er in particular drawing a lively crowd on sunny afternoons. In the villages, Crans has the denser concentration of bars along the Rue du Prado, while Montana is quieter in the evenings but has solid cafes near the funicular terminus.
The Casino Crans-Montana in the centre of Crans is the resort's main evening institution, with a restaurant, bar, and occasional live music alongside the tables. Most of the five-star hotels have bars open to non-guests and they are generally less crowded than the standalone establishments on the main street.
