Wengen is a place for being outside. In winter the skiing dominates — the Lauberhorn course, the long descent to Grindelwald, the runs back into the village. In summer the cog railways and cable cars open up the Jungfrau region: the Männlichen ridge, Kleine Scheidegg, and the climb up to the Jungfraujoch.
