Chernivtsi's Armenian Church was built between 1869 and 1875 to designs by Czech architect Josef Hlavka. Its brickwork, pointed forms, and careful proportions make it one of the city's more distinctive religious buildings.
The church is also known for its acoustics and has been used as a concert hall since the 1990s. Even if there is no performance on, it is worth a look while walking the historic centre.
