Bars and Cafes

Belfast is a great city for a pub crawl. The Crown Liquor Saloon is the flagship — a Victorian gin palace preserved by the National Trust — but the city has dozens of excellent pubs, from the Cathedral Quarter wine bars to the traditional Irish music pubs of the Falls Road. The people are friendly, the Guinness is excellent, and the late opening hours (by UK standards) mean a Belfast evening tends to go on longer than you plan.
