Audleystown Court Cairn

Audleystown Court Cairn is a roofless Neolithic burial monument near Strangford Lough. Its long stone gallery and forecourts give a clear sense of the tomb's original layout, and excavations found human and animal bones along with Neolithic pottery.

It is a quiet, open-air stop rather than a staffed attraction, but it pairs well with the prehistoric and early Christian sites around Downpatrick.
