A long Atlantic-side beach just south of Gregory Town, regularly turning up the only consistent surf in the Bahamas. The reef break works best on a north or north-east winter swell. Even when flat, it is a wide, wild beach with cliffs at the south end and almost no development.
Access is from a sandy track off the Queen's Highway south of Gregory Town; a hire car with reasonable clearance gets there fine. No facilities. The beach feels miles from anywhere even though it is only a few minutes' drive from town.
