Cox Beach is one of Tofino's exposed Pacific surf beaches, often picking up bigger waves than nearby Chesterman Beach. It has a broad sandy arc backed by forest and is a good choice for surfing, storm watching, and long beach walks.
Access is from north and south parking areas. The north lot has toilets and showers, while the south access is farther from town and usually feels a little quieter.
