Tofino's activities are almost entirely outdoors and almost entirely shaped by the Pacific. Long Beach is the centrepiece, but Clayoquot Sound offers sea kayaking among forested islands, and the old-growth forest trails of Pacific Rim National Park are among the finest rainforest walks in Canada.
