The Owl River marks the northern side of the Auyuittuq travel story, tied to routes toward Qikiqtarjuaq. The country feels broad, cold, and very far from ordinary park infrastructure.
For many itineraries it is part of the exit or approach rather than a standalone goal. That does not make it secondary; in Auyuittuq, route features are the experience.
