Pier 4 Park is part of Hamilton's reclaimed harbourfront, where industrial edges have been softened into paths, lawns, water views, and family space. It is smaller than neighbouring Bayfront Park, but the two work naturally together as a waterfront walk.
Come here for an easy stroll rather than a set-piece attraction. The park is useful with children, for sunset views over the bay, or as a starting point for exploring the trail system that has made Hamilton's waterfront much more pleasant than its old steel-town reputation suggests.
