Princess Point is one of Hamilton's best access points to Cootes Paradise, the broad wetland at the western end of the harbour. It gives you marsh views, easy trails, and a quick sense of how much nature sits right beside the industrial city.
It is a good choice for birdwatching, a gentle walk, or linking into the Royal Botanical Gardens trail network. The setting is most rewarding in soft light, when the reeds, water, and wooded shore make Hamilton feel unexpectedly green.
