London Children's Museum

Hands-on children's museum in a converted 19th-century schoolhouse

Address 21 Wharncliffe Road South

A hands-on children's museum in a converted Victorian school building west of downtown, with exhibits aimed at ages two to twelve — a dinosaur dig, a child-sized arctic camp, a working kid's-sized grocery. It is small by the standards of newer big-city science centres but very well-loved locally. A few hours is enough.
