Floral Clock

Oversized Niagara Parks flower clock, a classic stop on the Niagara Parkway.

The Floral Clock is one of those old-fashioned Niagara Parkway stops that survives because it is cheerful, easy, and just odd enough. The large working clock face is planted with thousands of bedding plants, with designs that change by season and year.

It is not a reason to come to Niagara Falls on its own, but it is a pleasant pause if you are driving or cycling north along the river toward Queenston. Stop for a few photos, enjoy the gardens, and keep moving; the clock works best as part of the parkway rhythm.
