A wood-panelled diner on Robinson Street, a short walk from the actual lighthouse. The menu is short and very Lake Erie: yellow perch in beer batter, pickerel fillets, a Friday fish fry, burgers, club sandwiches.
Portions are generous, the prices are pre-2010 by city standards, and the staff know everyone who walks in. Cash and card both work. Open daily in summer, weekends only out of season.
