A large, handsome French bistro that has become one of the Distillery District's signature dining rooms — zinc bar, leather banquettes, and a brass-and-tile look modelled on the grand brasseries of Paris. The kitchen covers the classics, from steak frites and oysters to a strong weekend brunch, and an attached boulangerie sells pastries and bread to take away.
It is more polished and pricier than most of the district's options, and the room buzzes at peak times. The pavement tables make a fine spot to watch the pedestrian crowds move through the old courtyards.
