Ireland Park

Ireland Park is a waterfront memorial to the Irish famine migrants who reached Toronto in the mid-19th century. Its life-size bronze figures echo the famine memorial on Dublin's Liffey, giving the site a quiet link between the two cities.

It is a brief but meaningful stop on the harbourfront, best combined with a walk toward the islands ferry, the airport ferry dock, or the western waterfront trails.
