A Golfito operator running the southern zone: waterfall canyoning, ziplines, wildlife walks, treks into Corcovado, snorkelling and fishing on the Golfo Dulce, and chocolate farms at Matapalo.
Golfito itself is a former banana company town with a duty-free zone and not much reason to linger, but it is the gateway to a corner of the country most visitors never reach.
