A public beach below the GoldenEye headland with clear water and good sand. There is an entry fee, but it covers the basics: beach chairs and snorkel gear are available for hire, and there is a bar and food on site. By north coast standards this is one of the better accessible beaches — less crowded than the Ocho Rios resort beaches, and the water is calm enough for swimming most of the year.
