Cancun's most famous nightclub since 1997, and the prototype for the city's open-bar-and-show formula. The two-storey venue at Forum by the Sea in Punta Cancun runs continuous performances every night — Cirque-du-Soleil-style acrobatics, themed dance numbers, tribute acts to Michael Jackson, Beetlejuice, Spider-Man, Freddie Mercury and others — for a crowd that ranges from spring-break college students to honeymooners.
Admission (around US$80-100 depending on season and table type) covers an open bar all night. The dance floor reopens between shows. It is the most touristy night in Cancun, deliberately so — those looking for an actual local scene should head downtown to the bars around Parque Las Palapas.
