A pizza-by-the-slice and craft-beer spot on Calle San Sebastián that has become a defining late-night stop for residents of the old city. The dough is fermented two days; toppings rotate (the truffle, the four-cheese, and the chorizo are the standards) and the slices are enormous.
Pirilo also serves cocktails and has a long list of Caribbean and Spanish craft beers on tap. The space is tiny — half a dozen high tables — but the side alley has overflow seating and the action moves outside in the evening. It is open until 2 AM most nights and is on the route of the Fiestas de San Sebastián, when Calle San Sebastián becomes the biggest street party in the city.
