Eating Out

Homer's dining scene is dominated by fresh seafood — halibut and salmon pulled from Kachemak Bay that morning are the default. The Homer Spit has the most concentrated run of restaurants, all with water views. The town also has a few solid spots up on the main drag for anyone wanting something other than fish, plus an unusually good coffee culture for a small Alaskan town.
