A short stretch of sand between the city and state beaches, north of Goldenwest, where dogs are permitted off-leash. It is one of only a handful of legal off-leash beaches in coastal Orange County and on weekends has more dogs than people. Parking is limited and fills up early on summer days; come on foot from the residential streets inland if you can.
