Huntington Beach is more of a casual-dining town than a fine-dining one — tacos, burgers, poke bowls, breakfast spots. The serious cooking sits in a few outliers; everything else is built around a beach lunch or a post-surf burrito. Pacific City and the inland blocks of Main Street have the highest concentration of restaurants.
