A small, no-pretensions taco shop a couple of blocks up PCH from the pier — order at the counter, salsa bar in the corner, tables outside on the sidewalk. The fish tacos and the ahi tuna burritos are the standouts; the breakfast burrito is the local hangover cure. Surf decor, surf clientele, cheap.
