Coyo Taco helped define Wynwood's dining boom and still draws a queue most evenings. The open secret is the speakeasy hidden behind the kitchen: walk past the counter and through an unmarked door to find a dark cocktail bar that runs late into the night with a DJ. Order tacos at the front, then disappear into the back for mezcal.
