By air: Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is the most convenient option, about 30 to 45 minutes south of Tequesta via I-95. It has direct flights from most major US cities and a handful of international connections. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is roughly an hour away and often has cheaper fares with more airline options. Miami International (MIA) is about 90 minutes in normal traffic — viable if the fare difference is significant, but the drive is longer.
By car: I-95 is the main corridor. Northbound from Miami or Fort Lauderdale, take Exit 87A (Indiantown Road) and head east into Jupiter, then north on US-1 or Alt A1A into Tequesta. From Orlando and central Florida, I-95 south or the Florida Turnpike both work — the turnpike is often faster.
By public transit: There is no practical public transit connection to Tequesta. Palm Beach County's Tri-Rail commuter rail service runs along the I-95 corridor and has a Jupiter station, but it is several miles from the village and there is no onward local transit. A car is effectively required.
