The Cyber Innovation Center sits in the National Cyber Research Park alongside Bossier Parish Community College and a growing cluster of defence contractors and tech firms, drawn here by Barksdale's strategic importance and Louisiana tax incentives.
You cannot just walk in, but the public-facing programmes, occasional open lectures, and the modern campus around the building tell you something about where Bossier has been pointing its economy since the early 2000s. It is not a tourist site, but worth knowing about — and the food trucks at lunch are decent.
