Indeed Brewing opened in 2012 in the Nordeast neighbourhood and quickly established itself as one of the more creative craft breweries in Minneapolis, known for experimental seasonal beers and a comfortable taproom. The taproom space is large and casual, with long communal tables, rotating food trucks parked outside, and a beer program that covers everything from approachable pale ales to sour and barrel-aged specialties.
The seasonal program is the reason to visit: Indeed produces a rotating series of limited-release beers that include fruit-forward sours, dark lagers, and collaborations with other Twin Cities producers.
